Back support and social security
The father is in jail. I was told that I can get his social security for the back child support he owes. Is this true?

Re: Back support and social security
Normally, someone incarcerated for a crime or other offense has his Social Security Disability Benefits suspended during the course of his incarceration. Hence, it is likely that the father of the children has had his benefits suspended while in prison. Hence, the children will be unable to collect anything while he is in prison.
