Legal Question in Social Security Law in Michigan
Disabled or not?
I had an injury that required me to have holes drilled in my head to relieve pressure from my brain bleeding. This is not a work related injury. It, the surgery, has left me with minimal use of my right (dominate) hand. I am a registered nurse and with out two good hands I cannot perform my duties.I have been an RN for 30 plus years and all total worked paying taxes 41 years. Can I get social security disability?
