Taxes
A guy I worked with is sueing me because he says i worked with him as a valet and failed to pay my portion of income taxes. I did not have any contracts with him. Can he get money from me?

Depends on the work circumstances. Did he have control of the job functioning or you? Did he set his own hours, his own work pace etc. More than likely in this case --- no. Hence, he will be treated as your employee and you would be responsible for employment taxes - employer's portion and other taxes.

Mediate it.
Whether you do owe him money or not, it's going to cost him money to sue you and you money to get out of it.
