Legal Question in Traffic Law in Michigan

I was going 45 in a 45 MPH when this white BMW came up behind me flashing their high beams so I spead up a little to get on the right lane and as soon as I do that I see a cop clocking me. He clocked me going 61 in a 45 reduced if to impending traffic but while me reducing my spead to 45 and driving for about 3 city blocks the BMW passed me and the cop going about 100 mph and the cop did nothing, and I don't deserve the ticket at all, what can I do btw I have never been pulled over in my life that was the first
