At the time I wasn't able to pay them and being young I was scared and had no guidence as to what to do. I am now able to pay for them or be put on a payment plan, but i am afariad if i go to the court to speak a judge they will send me to jail. I am in school and I cant do that. Hire an experienced attorney in the jurisdiction where the actions are pending. You want to make sure you are properly represented. www.kliszlaw.com Tim Klisz
Before you do anything, send a cashier's check or money order in payment for your fines to each of the courts. Forget about a payment plan. After the checks clear, call the traffic clerk and ask her for the best time for you to surrender and if the court has set a bond. Follow her instructions.
Then, when you do go to court, tell the judge about your former financial problems. To be on the safe side, do 20 hours of voluntary community service and have a letter verifying this to present to each judge. Use the same letter for each judge.
Until then, drive carefully because your driver's license is suspended. Make sure you have someone drive you to each courthouse and keep all proofs of payment to all the courts to show each judge to avoid being held in jail. Reserve money ($125) to pay the reinstatement fee for your license.
