Legal Question in Traffic Law in Michigan

What actions can be taken against an offduty cop in a pick-up truck who nearly caused an accident forcing me to cross a double yellow line. Chasing me and doing road rage and terrorizing me and my family all the while he had his own child in the truck with him. Did not find out he was a cop untill I stopped 6 miles later where I felt safe, since I was on vacation and did not know the area.After I stopped he was very unprofessional yelling at me and ordering me to habd over my info. I asked who he thought he was dressed in a t-shirt and blue jeans. that is when he shoved his badge in my face 2" from my nose. I stated how am I to know that it is real. He got very upset and yelled more untill other people showed up along with other cops. Then he stopped talking to me. He never showed up for the court date making one wonder how important the ticket was. Was the ticket given to cover up his wrong doing; for his ego and power;to force me to pay &/or fight the ticket that he had no intention of showing up for. Isn't that called harassment and extortion?In any other business it would.How often has he and his co-workers done this?What can be done?How about compensation for my time, gas,mental anguish,embarrassment and wear on my car?
