Legal Question in Traffic Law in Michigan
I was arrested for driving on a suspended license , which is a mistake I have the papers to proof it but that is another issue. Can a Michigan Cop take my license and cut it in half and not return it? That was my ID

Yes they can. You will need to hire a local attorney and prove your defense to the case in court. You can get a new license once the criminal case is resolved.
