Legal Question in Traffic Law in Michigan
I was in an auto accident and had no car insurance at the time. I got a misdemeanor charge for no insurance from the city of Taylor, Michigan. I have my arraignment next week and I do not know what to expect at all. What should I do?
Note: this is my first accident and I just didnt have the money to get insurance at the time and had to go to work. Also my job involes driving all day.

You can't just plead guilty if you will have a criminal record. Hire an attorney who can explain to you the proper strategy in this kind of case. Tim Klisz kliszlaw.com
