Are you charged with a crime if someone else in your car possesses marijuana or another drug?

You will know because you will be arrested for possession. Usually if the drugs are found in the vehicle, ie- on the floor, the driver is charged, but if they are on one person, that person will get charged only. visit www.kliszlaw.com for more details. Tim Klisz
