Legal Question in Traffic Law in Michigan
If charged with driving on a suspended licesnse when in fact I never had my license, can I get the case dismissed? I was wondering if it possible due to the fact proper citation would have been driving without a license.

You didn't have a license when you drove and that is a misdemeanor offense in itself punishable by 93 days in jail. If the citation is written wrong, it may be dismisssed and likely without prejudice which means that the prosecutor/police officer can rewrite it to reflect the appropriate charge.
