Legal Question in Traffic Law in Michigan
Ive been charged with dwls(2) and i wanted to know if i can be charged without ever being pulled over and the complaining officer was off duty in his personal car. thanks for any help

Well obviously you were charged, because you are asking. Convicted is a different story. Hire a skilled local defense attorney to assist you.
