I was in a accident and was not issued a ticket te other driver was issued a ticket for inproper lane usage she fought the ticket a couple of times and Im not sure what the outcome was she is now suing me for neglegence one she states that I was exceeding the speed limit and I was no I feel she is trying to take advantage of the legal system and myself nor my family deserves to go threw this for her error in judgement on the road what do I need to do

Report it to your insurance carrier. At most, she can only recover under the mini-tort act $500 but your carrier should defend you.
