Civil infraction traffic
If correct day but wrong date on ticket can it be thrown out.

If the court determines that having the wrong date is a "material error", then the ticket can be dismissed.
The court can fix clerical errors made by court staff, but not necessarily errors by law enforcement.

Not usually. The court can amend clerical errors.
