Legal Question in Traffic Law in Michigan
Driver Responsibility
4 years ago I received a traffic ticket for $50 every year since then I have gotten a driver responsibility fine of $250,this year the fine is $150. How can they continue to charge me for the same traffic offense 4 years after the first ticket was paid for and what steps can I take to get this very bad law repealed?

Re: Driver Responsibility
You are required to pay this fee if you have 7 or more points on your current record. If this is not the case, go to your local SoS office and make them aware of the mistake.
