Legal Question in Traffic Law in Michigan
drivers license suspensiona and bench warrant
there are old parking tickets (unpaid) in michigan. they suspended my daughters drivers license and issued abench warrant. she had since moved to oklahoma and tranfered her liscence before the suspension was issued. can she drive anywhere?? can she be arrested? what are the rules?

The path of least resistance is to hire an attorney in Michigan to resolve the bench warrants/tickets.
