Legal Question in Traffic Law in Michigan
Driving while license suspended when the car wasnt moving
Is it lawful for a police to write me a ticket for DWLS if I was getting inside of a parked car getting into the drivers seat? But the car wasnt moving?

....and the officer saw you park the car; leave; return; and then re-enter the car. This gave him time to run your license.
.....Is that it?
