Legal Question in Traffic Law in Michigan
driving on suspended license
if pulled over and license is found to be suspended.and one is allowed to continue driving after ticket is issued with a court date how soon should arraignment date be set. is there a time limit

the key to your question is that you are not allowed to drive on a suspended license period. If you are still driving you keep risking new arrests. In terms of arraignment, you should contact the court to see when it is scheduled. Contact me at www.kliszlaw.com to discuss further. Tim Klisz
