Legal Question in Traffic Law in Michigan
driving on suspended license
pulled over for speeding .givin' a ticket for suspended license. allowed to continue driving to work with a court date approx three weeks later. should court date have been within 72 hours.

No,there is no requirement that a court hearing occur within 72 hours for that type of misdemeanor. I'd highly recommend you get a lawyer to handle your DLWS charge though.
