Legal Question in Traffic Law in Michigan
DUI--posession of controlled substance
i was arrested and released 40 hrs. later PFI.-- blood test pending- I was not arraigned or ticketed. i lost my job over this.i haven--name removed--heard from the courts-- do i plead not guilty?
