Legal Question in Traffic Law in Michigan

Dwls

I received three tickets. No Proof of insurance and registration as well as Driving on Suspended License. My license was suspended for not paying traffic tickets. The city of Rochester has now places a warrant for my arrest stating they will come to my work to arrest me. What is the likelieness of this happening for one? And if I get the tickets paid what would be the chance that the sentance would be just a fine and no jail time?

If you can pay for it, I doubt that you'll go to jail, but it's always possible. You might wish to contact an attorney to help you.

There is a likelihood that the police will arrest you. There is also a likelihood that you will not go to jail if the other tickets are taken care of first. Retain an attorney and improve your chances. That Court can be erratic. You may call me if you need further information. My firm is in that Court often. John C.
