Legal Question in Traffic Law in Michigan
at fault question
When pulling off to the side of the road as an emergency vehicle is passing and I am hit by a car in the other lane, in front of me, trying to get over, who is at fault?

If the other car hit you as it was trying to get over then he would be at fault for failing to change lanes safely and failing to look before changing lanes. For questions please call me at 5862851700

Michigan is a no-fault state. If you got a ticket , the officer believes you were responsible, and you contest this by asking for a formal hearing .
