Legal Question in Traffic Law in Michigan
How can I fight a ticket for 'allowing an unlicensed/ suspended driver to drive car? (In the state of Michigan). I am a college student, and I allowed my mom to drive my car while I was away on an internship. I honestly did not know her license was suspended. Is it even possible to win such a case?
