Legal Question in Traffic Law in Michigan
hit and run
our neighbors stole a car then hit our parked car, turned around and came back to see what he had done, saw one of our other neighbors and when he was asked what he had done he deiced to ''run''. Do we have the right the sue him for the cost of the damages?

You would have better luck reporting him to the police so that restitution to you would be a part of his sentence. This costs nothing. Lawsuits are slower and more expensive,
