Legal Question in Traffic Law in Michigan
I was involved in a minor accident in a McDonalds drive thru. I was hit on my drivers side back door by a driver in the other drive thru lane. It was minor but he would not give me any info and wanted to call the police. The police came and the officer ticketed him for careless driving and said that he was at fault. I received no tickets. I feel like the man hit me on purpose and I'm not sure what his point was. Sice he was at fault is this over or can he try to sue me?
Thank you

Why would an at fault driver sue you? Unless you were uninsured, you are fine and won't hear from them again.
