Legal Question in Traffic Law in Michigan
i live in mich and i was pulled over for disobeying a stop sign ... my license is suspended so i used my sisters name ... unfortunately my sister told the police ... i need to know what can happen to me if i turn myself in?

You may be charged with obstructing an officer and typically there is a city ordinance covering this situation "giving a false name" etc. If you have more specific questions feel free to contact me.
It's best to have an attorney on board to contact the officer in charge to arrange your appearance in court rather than you picked up on a warrant.
