Legal Question in Traffic Law in Michigan
I live in Michigan and I was backing out of my spot at the parking lot at my school. I hit another car that was waiting in line to leave the parking lot. We both got out and my car had no damage and here had a small little dent. I convinced her to not call the police because I just recently got into an accident. I thanked her and we both left. We didn't exchange any names or information. Could she still file a police report on me? Could I still be at fault to get a ticket?

Yes and yes. The law requires reporting for damage over $1000, which it sounds like wasnt the case. Its also on private property, which would help as well. I wouldn't worry about it unless you hear from the police.
