Lost Michigan licence but have a North Carolina licence
I have lost my Michigan licence for 6 months but I have to go to school in michigan because we just moved to North Carolina and there are all kinds of violence at the school. Like kids being stabed and careing guns. But I now have my North Carolina licence. So can I legaly drive in Michigan with my North Carolina Licence

Re: Lost Michigan licence but have a North Carolina licence
If your Michigan license has been suspended or revoked you no longer have the right to drive in Michigan. Michigan cannot suspend your North Carolina license so driving in any other state is still permissable. However, I would not be surprised if NC similarly suspends you NC license as a result of what happened in Michigan.
I am curious how you ended up with a 6 month suspension/revocation in Michigan. That is not one of the "normal" lengths of time. Feel free to contact me at (248) 743-6800 John C. Talpos (http:www.Mich-Lawyer.com)
