Legal Question in Traffic Law in Michigan
Michigan - I was found to be speeding 1 (one) mile over the speeding limit ( in a town known to be biased). I was denied to see the judge to appeal / ask for community serivce unless I pay a court fee of $100. What can I do to appeal, with paying a feel. I'm a senior on a fixed income and cannot afford to pay the current $100 ticket and $30 late fee..

Your narrative is not credible. If you sell your truck, you'd have enough to pay your fine. (You won't need it anyway since continued refusal to pay will result in your license being suspended. The reinstatement fee is $125
