Legal Question in Traffic Law in Michigan

first offence traffic misdemeanor....

I had my arraigment for driving witout insurance and plead guilty. I have never been in trouble before, and I am afraid of going to jail, for a first offence what are my chances of just being fined without a jail sentence. I have never been in trouble.

I would highly recommend consulting with a local criminal law attorney. I am not knowledgeable on this topic, but think a local attorney would probably know exactly what to expect with the county your case is in.
