Legal Question in Traffic Law in Michigan

Oops....

Signed the title & insurance for a friend; he got incarcerated; his girlfriend kept driving the car; car gets in ''road rage hit n run'', cops come to my house. I'm willing to take whatever financial f*** up I just made, but what should I do?? Don't want to go to jail for something I didn't do

They will have to prove it was you that engaged in the road rage. If it wasn't you, the person who was the victim of the road rage won't be able to identify you, if they saw the driver. While it might be hard to prove you weren't the driver, the burden is on them when pressing any charges. Contact me if you need representation in criminal court.
