In a nutshell, the law is:

Sec. 625.

(b) The person has an alcohol content of 0.10 grams or more per 100 milliliters of blood, per 210 liters of breath, or per 67 milliliters of urine.

Penalties are determined by the previous record of the defendant. For first offenders the maximum penalty is $500 fine, costs, 93 days jail, community service, and license suspension.

Re: Ouil

As you now know, the charge is drunk driving. Where was your employee driving? In the Livonia area? The reason I ask is that I practice in Livonia on a regular basis and know everyone at that court (as well as other courts in my area). You may want to call me or have your employee call.
