parking lot Accident
If someone hits another person in a parking lot and doesn't file an accident report and only has PLPD insurance can the other person do anything to get their car fixed.

No fault insurance in Michigan means just that....you insure your own car regardless of whose fault it is if there's an accident. I hope that answers your question....I am not sure if you're really trying to ask something else...like in terms of any "criminal" liabilty.
