Legal Question in Traffic Law in Michigan
I received a citation a few years back for driving without an operators license. I did not appear in court and therefore have a bench warrant. After getting a copy of the citation, I noticed that the officer spelled my name wrong. Is the court obligated to drop the infraction, for this reason?
