Legal Question in Traffic Law in Michigan
I received a no proof of insurance ticket will driving, The ticket can be waived if I show proof of insurance, however, I don't have proof of insurance right now, my question is, if I go to court can I ask them to not put it on my driving record, or give me no points or reduce my drivers responsibility fee I mean something because so many jobs look at your driving record, I just don't understand the whole car violation laws
