Legal Question in Traffic Law in Michigan
Was recentelly in a car accident.... other driver completely at fault..... she was driving east in the west bound lane, my car has extensive damage. I live in Michigan...no fault. I am also an uninsured driver. No injuries, just need recourse for car damages exceeding small claims, do I have a legal claim for car damages?

No. And unfortunately you very well may find yourself owing the other sides benefits as an uninsured driver. Tim Klisz. Kliszlaw.com
