Legal Question in Traffic Law in Michigan
Recieved a ticket for disobeying a flashing red light. On the ticket the officer checked the box that I had a oper/chaff license. I do not have one of those I have a cdl. They did not check the box for cdl. Can I have the ticket thrown out because the officer issued the ticket for a oper/chaff license?
