What is the rule for blinking traffic signals at night? The right two lanes were blinking yellow and the left turn lane was blinking red. What do I do at a blinking left turn signal at night when no traffic is present?

When at a blinking red light in the left turn lane at night you should make a complete stop and proceed if there is no traffic. This goes for daytime as well.
