Speeding Ticket
My wife received a speeding ticket where she will get 2 more points on her record. She is guilty ofcourse but is there any way she can pay the fine but get the points removed from her record?

Depending on her record and the location of the ticket that might be a good possibility. Please contact my office anytime toll free at 877 MICH-TEAM

Yes.
Re: Speeding Ticket
you need to schedule a formal hearing on the ticket before pleading guilty and paying the fine. you cannot get the points reduced or taken off afterwards.
there is always a good chance of having the points reduced to something less, or to a violation that never appears on your record at all, especially if you hire an attorney.
if you need assistance and are located in the tri-county area, please contact me.
