I was stopped for speeding and recieved a ticket for impedeing traffic?
I was stopped for speeding and the officer gave me a ticket for impeding traffic. If I challange this in court can I still be cited for speeding? Is it legal to re-write a ticket?

You got lucky and don't realize it. "Impeding" means no points and is not reported to the Secretary of State, i.e. your driving record is unaffected.
