Legal Question in Traffic Law in Michigan

Subj has suspension of license from another State.

Can Michigan grant restricted license to a resident, when Arizona suspended lic for no m/c endorsemt

for a t-stop in their Stt. ? How do you appeal a Mi. suspension & get a

restricted lic. in St. of Mi.?? Subj is low income and has dependent children, is on FIA Mi support and must Work(Work First Prog) but must be able to drive, subj has no tickets/accs in Mi in lifetime...can resident be allowed to drive in Mi. to earn a living? Ticket in Arizona is 6 yrs old.

Simple stuff. Pay the ticket(s) and reistatement fee (if required) in AZ.

Then apply to the SoS for a Michigan license.
