suing a insurance company
is it possible to sue a insurance company for the loss of your car,when a car is totaled in a accident you were not at faul, but did not have insurance on your own vehicle and you drove under a suspende license

I'm confused, because of you have no insurance, how can you sue an insurance company? Assuming you are talking about the other driver, the short answer is no, if yu have no insurance, you cannot sue for anything related to that accident. Www.kliszlaw.com. Tim Klisz
