Legal Question in Traffic Law in Michigan
teen driving
my 15 year old daughter was parking in boyfriends car in a store parking lot and she said she blacked out and she hit 5 parked cars. No one was injured but her. but the cars are a mess. she should not have been driving, she just has a permit. help

You'll be getting a letter from the juvenile court notifying you that a hearing (parental attendance required) has been scheduled before a referee.
If her blackout was caused by drugs/alcohol, she would benefit from treatment BEFORE the hearing.
Given the circumstances in your post, an attorney is advised. If you can't afford one, you may have an attorney appointed by the court.
