Legal Question in Traffic Law in Michigan
I got a ticket for carless driving (28-626), the ticket doesn't have a time written on it and the wrong street address. Is it possible that this could get thrown out?

Technicalities like this are pretty minor and will not hold weight with most judges. You can still fight the ticket, but on better grounds. Tim Klisz kliszlaw.com
