Legal Question in Traffic Law in Michigan
Ticket
I received a ticket on 4- 11-06 in Detroit. I remitted the payment on April 25th via U.S. mail which should have been received by the court before the May 3rd deadline. Today I got my remittance back with a return to sender-p.o. box closed. I sent the payment to the address given to me and now my payment is late. What can I do to settle this situation?

Re: Ticket
Call the court and pay by phone - and never mail anything like that again.

Re: Ticket
you can call the court and try to pay by mail. if it is the 36th district court, that may not be possible. if that doesn't work, feel free to contact my office. 866 MICHDUI. Eric I Kutinsky
