Legal Question in Traffic Law in Michigan
traffic stop
if a person is stopped and drug paraphanalia is found on the person. The person was arrested and transported to the district court for a drug paraphanalia charge and is released without getting a ticket or seeing a judge. Does that mean he was never charged. Doesn't a person has to be given a ticket or charged by a judge ? what is the process

Re: traffic stop
No, they probably released you pending results from the lab or for further investigation. What you need to do is hire a lawyer for pre-charge negotiations and to attempt to prevent you from being arrested on any given day. Call me for questions 5862851700
