Legal Question in Traffic Law in Michigan
Traffic stop
Can a police officer stop you for suspicion of drugs, destroy your interior looking for drugs, find nothing, then let you go but the city or state or the police officer doesn't pay for anything, can they do that? Because this just happened to me. I do not even do drugs.
