Legal Question in Traffic Law in Michigan
Traffic Ticket: Admit Responsibility w/Explanation or FIght the Ticket
I received (3) civil infraction tickets, however there are some errors on my ticket:
(1) the ticket indicates my car is a 2001; it's a 1996
(2) infraction 1: use of an emergency cross-over and indicates that it was posted; there is no posting by the cross-over
(3) infraction 2: improper lane use - 3 lanes of traffic; I had to travel from the left lane to the right lane exit
(4) infraction 3: failure to signal;
I'm a 5o year old with a decent driving record; my last ticket (5 mile over speed limit) was 7 years ago.
I am mostly interested in not having points posted to my record.
What's the best approach?
