traffic tickets
the dates on my tickets are incorrect. the time is 2356, the date is 3-19-09. it was wendnesday night. i had no proof of insurance and no proof of registration, now i have proof dated effective 3-19-09. Can I use the proof on my insurance and registration against the dates on the tickets?

Re: traffic tickets
When records are in doubt, you produce your records to rebut the prosecutor's record. The records speak for themselves unless you can prove otherwise.
However, you should not try to manipulate the outcome by introducing false evidence regarding dates. The penalty for perjury and contempt of court far outweighs the fines and costs for these tickets.
