traffic violation
what can you do if someone was pulled over in your vehicle and they had expired license the police removed the plate from your vehicle and will not return unless the person pays a fine or is arrested on a warrant and you may never get it back because they wont pay. what can i do

if the license plate is in your name, you can retrieve it from the police department.
