Legal Question in Traffic Law in Michigan
if i turn out of a gas station and directly into the left turn lane (roughly a 1/4 block from drive to turn), and an officer who got into the left turn lane with his signal on a 100 ft or so before the intersection and drives thru the intersection and about hits me. is this a failure to yield on my part or his. i percieved him turning at the intersection and not drive through it. i thought that it was illeagal to drive through an intersection in the left turn lane with your signal on.
